I spent a great weekend with my family and friends. We went to several parades. I'm sunburned! We also went to the toy store just for the fun of it and ended up buying air guns that shoot these little plastic balls. Saturday I spent the better half of the day cleaning up outside. I first tackled the roof and cleared off all the cypress sprigots (like pine needles) which had amassed like a thin blanket. I'm so glad Christmas is over this year. My five day holiday with pay turned into a kitchen fest to feed 30 of my friends and family on Christmas eve. Not to mention that being a poor bloke like me, I made everyone a basket with food and goodies. Everything turned out very nice. I have a head cold. I'm on my third box of kleenex and will start on the toilet paper here shortly. I have chills. I sweat. I've had to wash a load of tee shirts.
