We're going to be moving soon, with any luck. Tonight, we're putting a bid on a new house in Eaton Rapids. If they accept the bid, we may be moving in within 2 weeks! Boo-rah!

Well, they're up to 3.59/gallon here in Lansing. This is insane. When I started driving, gas was around $0.85, and it's only been 9 years. I once bought gas in Arkansas or the bootheel of Missouri for $0.72/gallon.

Here's my prayer that hybrid technology gets a lot cheaper and a lot more widespread.

Finally have started the ball rolling on everything I need to get accomplished in order to sell the house, tie up all loose ends and move the hell out of Michigan. Destination? Florida ( Read more... )

Plain day today. Played games on the comp, went to work, had a break, went back to work (w/ Lea in tow), came home, ate dinner, played games again, and it's off to work one more time in about 10 minutes.
