Things for which I am grateful:

1. The sun is shining and the ice storm has passed
2. I got out of bed at the time I intended, had a shower and had time to use the blue light before Lauren woke up
3. More evening daylight
4. Coffee
5. I still have several episodes of Dexter to watch

Today, Lauren is 30 months old. Exactly two and a half years old. Unbelievable.

Jeff Healey died. I remember back in 1988 using my allowance to buy a See The Light cassette, and later, Hell To Pay. He was a great artist and a phenomenal guitarist.  Rest in peace, Jeff.
