Ew... I've known people that can't stop smiling. My highschool principal Myra Reynolds comes to mind. Scared the shit out of me when she was angry about something, but still smiled. It seemed to harden her cheeks into this demented plastic expression after a while that didn't seem human anymore. *shudder*

But happiness is good. People like happiness.
