I have used the Pari pep but tried the acapella and love it. WAy better than the pep. I would look into that if you dont have a lot to spend.

I hate equipment. Through out the years, I've found that just plain exercise is best. The vest was the worst of things I tried. It lasted less than a minute, because I had a panic attack. It made me clausterphobic. The best thing you can do is swimming, or a class that you do every week, thus can't skip because it's already paid for... just my opinion.

I'm an exerciser myself. But my physio told me that when your lung function is below a certain level (forget that magic FEV1 number....), that exercise usually isn't enough and "traditional physio" methods have to be used in addition to exercise ( ... )

i exercise too, but have always used something else.
i had the flutter once but it never did much.
apparently something called the acapella is supposed to be similar but work better because it can be used from any position. so i may see about trying to get one of those.

im in nova scotia!
