My manager is enforcing a day off on Monday. I am not allowed to come in to work. What does this say about me? I wonder if I had a nervous breakdown that I can't remember.

So I bought a drop spindle and tried spinning. It's fun, although I can't think of what to make with my somewhat inconsistant yarn. This will end up costing me more money than knitting.

While I'm waiting for additional wool, I started experimenting with my cat's hair.

It worked. She's going to be brushed often until I get tired of this hobby.

60+ hours a week of work plus 12-14 of tabletop makes for very little sleep, OR neglected household chores.

Finished the Xenosagas. I think 3 was a relief, even if I'm ambivalent about howmuch I liked the play style- It was sort of...classic, I want to say. KOS-MOS sounded a lot more like...KOS-MOS.

Shion irritates the hell out of me. I mean, a whole, whole lot. A LOT. Like, stab her through the head lot....

My boyfriend liked InuYasha, Berserk, Samurai X, Ninja Scroll, Ghost in the Shell, Samurai Deeper Kyo, and Shura no Toki: Age of Chaos.

Given these things, any recommendations as to a new series to try?

I don't care if he would like Sailor Moon, we will not rent those.
