Since I don't have a forum on my site, I'm going to use this as a catch-all for responses to a question I've posed.

So someone explain this to me.

My brother and I went up to Mt. Washington today. Our phones are at ~1,919m above sea level when we raise them to our ears. I have 4 bars and he has 3, albeit both are roaming; better than I do at my own home (2 bars).

I've never kept a diary, and don't intend to start now. IMO, leaving unnecessary "paper trails" is a bad idea.
