Living in NYC I've seen this looming overhead for a while. You know what though? I can't live my life in fear like so many other people do. If I die, I die. Even though I refuse to join the military, if fighting breaks out here in the streets I am more than willing to run outside and defend my family, friends and neighbors with whatever I can arm myself with.

I don't want to live in fear either but it's scary to think that we could just be involved in a bomb at any moment and die....Or die slowly if they decide chemical warfare as well...

it is kinda scary where we are at. I got a odd feeling that when start w/ iraq that we will be fight north korea too. i dont agree at the w/ the politics w/ iraq. i feels like a school yard fight and thar jr bush is finishing what his father did and no one is going to stop him. i scared shittless for what korea is really going to do. that seems more like a ticking time bomb that iraq will never be. i hope the end of this wars dont turn out like a scene out of road runners, the move :)

Around here, there are two military bases, an amunitions plant, and a nuclear weapons facility. Today in one of my classes we were told to take comfort in the fact that if anything happened to the nuclear plant, we were close enough that we wouldn't suffer for years and years, we would just die.

You should go down to the nuclear site with a clipboard and tell the guard at the gate your here to inspect the place, and that if he doesn't co-operate you'll bomb the place...

Ah, don't even worry about it. If there is another war, it'll be over as soon as it starts. (either because we kick their asses quick or the nukes start flying. One or the other.) And besides, you don't even have to worry! You don't have to worry about the draft!!!
