Maybe all of that having someone to run to crap should be scratched. Thinking about that relationship scares me the more I think about it. I don't know if it's the happiness or what. All I know is that if you have to be over 21 to work there, then he is over 21 but no more than 30 and hopefully, pray to god, no more than 23.

Actually, at the place he works, you only have to be 18. No job can set its requirements to over that age I think.
