so the weather is coming around and its time for rain. tomorrow i'm hoping to seal the flat roofs before the april showers cave in another ceiling. owning my own house has taught me to never trust people who's job it is to fix something about your house. they probably don't know what they are doing. examples so far only include Nicks professional

What I have to know is how are you fixing your roof without your ladder? I'll just imagine that it has something to do with your superpowers, right? And also that when you are at home this week you should call me and I can bring you your ladder in my soccer-mom-mobile.
