Grad School Fun!!!

I just got accepted to the Urban Planning Graduate program at Wayne State for fall semester! I went down to the grad school open house this afternoon and turned in my application and went and talked with the head of the Urban Planning department and he said he would accept me for the fall, he even told me what classes to take and everything, he ( Read more... )

Thanks, maybe we can actually be real friends now that we go to the same school and all, I'll be there Tuesday and Thursday nights during the fall. I stopped by your place today to get my hoodie, Jodi got it for me, tell her I said thanks.

I'll have a Master's of Urban Planning (so I'll get to put MUP after my name...haha) when I am done, Wayne offers 3 concentrations: Housing and Community Development, Urban Economic Development, or Managing Metropolitan Growth. I haven't completely decided what area I want to focus on and it's not really something I have to decide until my 2nd semester, but I'm 99% sure I'll go with Housing and Community Development (the other 1% of me would go with Urban Economic Development because I love economics). I don't know though, I guess I'll decide in the next couple months.
