It's more then just a little childish, but I've always taken a deep satisfaction from Poke'mon. Capturing, training, coming up with little stories in my head and the repetition and pattern of the games. Extremely enjoyable and something worth many smiles. Just the handheld ones, these games. (Red, Yellow, Gold, Crystal, Ruby, LeafGreen.) It's

*hugs* i'm sorry your cartrige died hun. maybe you can find a copy of crystal on the magical interwebs? if you do and can't download it, let me know and i'll get it to you next time i see you. i know that it won't be the same b/c you'll still have to pick it up from the beginning all over again, but it's better than nothing, right?

It's alright. That's how things generally go. And, my brother and I are working on it. Rom files and emulators aren't uncommon apparently (his immediate solution was to get me a few of these), but finding ones that actually work or don't have serious glitches will take time. Which is entertaining.

Thank you, though! I'll work on it. If we can iron the glitches out of Diamond, I'll work on that first and foremost. The downside is not being able to trade, or do a lot of the activities that made these games for multiple people.
