says i need like 2486kcals or something to maintain my 129lbs weight. therefore i should have lost some more by next week. since my average is like 800-1000kcals. but today im going for 500-600kcals.

hey sorry i would send this in a message but for some reason it wont let me!

i saw your comment that included you STAT's and mine are very similar!
and basically have the same goal which it cool.. so i thought i would just say hi :)
