http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/fitness/multimedia.jsp?multimediaId=/templatedata/fitness/multimedia/data/1130272109023.xml says i need like 2486kcals or something to maintain my 129lbs weight. therefore i should have lost some more by next week. since my average is like 800-1000kcals. but today im going for 500-600kcals.
