A lady I work with has a 2 year old grandaughter with Cerebral Palsey. The poor thing had to have her tonsils taken out today in what they feared would be a very risky surgery due to her medical condition. Day 22 without smoking. Next weekend I step down to the middle patch. -

I just past the 8 day mark without a single cigarette.
Now, if I can just get through Thanksgiving...

So my health insurance company has this great program to help people quit smoking. They pay for the cessation aid of your choice and give you a telephone coach and an online support system. So I smoked my last cigarette at 10pm last Friday. I'm using patches and so far everything is going better than I expected. I've been pretty calm except ( Read more... )
