Thanks. I had to google it to find it, for some reason that link did not want to come up for me. I try not to completely fast though because it's completely counterproductive. I try to consume protein and supplements including fish oil (fats) which is something like 200 calories/day. I think I originally posted this article to point out how long it takes to start burning fat during a fast because everybody thinks they'll fast for a day or two and lose weight. The truth is that you only lose water and maybe some muscle. If you gain that weight back, you'll be gaining just fat in replacement. Now granted, I fast random days all the time, but I really try not to. Sometimes emotion overrules common sense.
