What've you done?

When you post about being bouncy and full of sunshine, it usually means you've done something that was playing on your concience, and you just gave in....

Usually but not always ;) Sometimes, like yesterday, I just feel cheerful for absolutely no reason, which is fun.

Does that mean the fireworks were worth it? I didn't think they were (hee hee, we could see them from our living room! And hear the music...) because they lasted 10mins if that!

They were worth it! For a start, they were free to watch (hard not to be when they were that big!) and they were also the best fireworks I've ever seen - they were exploding over the lake, so we were almost underneath them, and there were lots of huge explody glittery rockets, they were so pretty!

It was like the really big shows you see on tv for New Year (if you actually watch them, which I don't, but I usually end up seeing clips on the news or something), but so much more impressive actually being there and right underneath them!

So, like a shorter version of the Thames Spectacular :) The rain-rockets were the best I thought. It was a good show, just, well, short!
