Made it to korea - I guess first class means nothing if itinerary is bad: SF-->LA-->Tokyo-->Seoul. In case you read this much later and can't remember why you did this so much harder than it had to be (and why you went first), it's because you were too lazy and waited til the last minute to book the trip. Bought myself a little present for finishing HBS apps - a $120 henessey cognac. I think I have gone crazy. But I still remember ordering and drinking this at our partnership dinner when our partners were too drunk to care - it was so nice. Carmel valley this week. A LOT of wine at dinner, went over to Ruder's suite and smoked a huge, fat cuban cigar with him. It was so big it actually took 2 hrs to smoke the whole damn thing and it was 2am by the time we were done.
