Photoshop CS! (which is super basic... but I'm too poor for an upgrade and too lazy to torrent/crack any later versions XD) I start the pic at 3000 pixels across (height varying per pic) and draw with the pencil tool, after which I resize. I used to draw with the paintbrush until I realized you can get really nice, crisp lines with pencil, so that's all I use now!

Cobb and Arthur need more chibi love. It's all about Arthur taking care of Cobb. Bringing him coffee, finding his socks, tying his tie, letting him know about upcoming parent-teacher conferences, etc.
