Sorry for not writing anything last night but I ended up hanging out at Kristin's and talking to her and her Mom until about 2:30. It was very nice though. Her Mom and I discussed a lot about nursing which was nice since I'm starting back to school for that. I didn't realize some of things people will do and I was simply amazed. Today was another one of those days full of cooking. I helped Kristin prepare Chicken and Dumplings for her Mom's Birthday dinner. It turned out Great and her Mom was tickled to have us cook for her. I was just sitting here playing online because I couldn't sleep and Tink was curled up behind my chair which is normal. Well I leaned down to pet her and she was sleeping and I must have scared her because she growled and bit my hand. My whole hand is now numb and tingly. I spent the whole day with Stacy. And as usual we had tons of fun. We went out to breakfast with Pat, shopping at King of Prussia Mall and then she finally signed up for LiveJournal(Someday she will join MySpace...LOL). Well today was a Great Day!!! I got up and made the Cranberry Orange Glaze put it on the turkey and put the turkey in the oven. Then I went to the gym and did my workout. Then I ran home showered and went to go get Kristin so we could go shopping at Target for her Mom's Birthday Gift. Then back home to finish cooking. Dinner turned out GREAT. ( Read more... )
