I can't believe that there isn't a reason he looks like House - unless the producer-types who were thinking of Lucas having his own show thought that House's looks were part of his appeal...

I'm still dubious about any actual H/Cuddy kissing, and at this point the OTP-3ness of H/W/Cuddy is going to have to sort out a lot of Cuddy/Wilson conspiring first, although obviously hate!sex is always an option.

I thought the whole chair-falling prank was badly written/directed and it took me awhile to figure out what was supposed to have happened. I wonder if it's also supposed to be some kind of allusion to the bit from "Safe" where Wilson sawed through House's cane. Back when H/W prankishness actually meant something.

I can't help wondering what people who hadn't seen the spoiler pics made of the chair thing. I wouldn't have realised that there was a crash had I not seen a couple of recap posts that mentioned it!

I'll be very surprised if a House-Cuddy kiss leads to any kind of long-term plot thing. I can see him having comfort sex with her, but only as a one-off thing.

I don't even think it's going to go as far as sex. The one way I'd love to see it played is complete manipulation on House's part to put the kibosh on any Wilson/Cuddy bonding and you KNOW TPTB aren't going to give me that.

I only realised there was a crash when I read two recap posts which mentioned it! I think it should have been louder, or it should have happened the instant House opened the door.
