A weird email. Ex-girlfriend finally said it. "I haven't contacted you, becasue I don't want any sort of friendship with you. The sound of your voice reminds me of everything that is bad about our relationship".

Ouch. Not a good day today.

I suspect that it wasn't said in malice. In fact, the thing that hurts the most is how utterly removed from emotion the email was. She was stating this stuff like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

Lol, if you were in the country dear, you are the first person I'd think to call, regarding this matter. I'm kind of ok, but kind of not. At least I know finally where I stand, and that will help things in the long run.

In the mean time, I am going through the motions... with pangs of hurt everytime I remember (which is quite often). More than anything... I can't escape my dreams... and she's been in them for three nights now. It is 6:00am, I'm on the coast, and I'm scared of going back to sleep because of it.
