sad to send my sister off after she's been staying with us for 5 weeks. I didn't cry when I waved her off at the train station but I bawled when I saw how empty it was in the guest room. Guess it's that time of the year where you get extra emotional plus other reasons that I can't mention here.

My company is having a kick-off and I signed up for fleet racing. Now I'm wondering what I've gotten myself into. Anyone with experience of fleet racing with tips for a total sailing virgin?

I didn't realize how much I missed LJ...been catching up on reading friends' journals. I decided to try putting together a few short clips of Elin doing her morning exercises and add some background music with Windows Movie Maker. I've used Adobe Premier back in school but I didn't want to go though the hassle of installing yet another program that I'll seldom use.
