All the house improvement projects we started before summer are finally completed! Big baking day yesterday. All because I bought 2 kg of baking/cooking margarine on impulse... (But hey! It was on offer!!!) I ended up with 12 muffins with icing, 1 Sara-Lee-Chocolate-Pound-Cake-wannabe that's resting happyily in the freezer and 1 round chocolate cake which I will need to cover with whipped cream since I made a mess of the icing ( Read more... )
