i hate this feeling....i weigh 168lbs. i have lost ten pounds this week. i feel like absolute shit. i can't eat and i sure as hell can't sleep. all i can do is think, which isn't so bad. oh well, it will only take me about a week to gain some of it back after 2-a-days are over, but next week is going to kill me.

my steps are always slow, sure, and steady. now i need to take a leap into confusion. it is hard when there isn't a consistent sign telling you that you won't fall on your face, again. i think fear is making lose my footing...but i would much rather fall on my own. i may be wrong, but if i am...i know i can get up again.

i kind of feel bad because everyone else is depressed,but i just want to say that i am really fucking happy.
