I blew off all plans for tonight, and did nothing. I feel sort of ok about that. But I am starting to feel unproductive, and want to do nothing more than eat popcorn and watch tv

I used to do tai kwan do (however it's spelt!) mixed with kenpo. I hated doing katas (the forms that you have to do in front of everyone) but I loved the work out, the kicks and punches, and sparring. I'm not very good at performing for a crowd so the forms really put me off. But - I love it as a whole and it's sooooo good for the body. You get really fit and really flexible. I highly recommend it.
hmm...I will have to check that out..I do not like audiances either...so I am not sure yet what I will choose. But I need both a physical and spiritual tune up...so I am hoping that this will help...
