I had a woman tell me the other night if i want to diet I should go on a (low carb) diet. I just argued the fact that for some thats an easier way to cut calories down and I will NOT give up my bread group past group or potato group, therefor its not easy for me to have 20 carbs a day

The best way to live is to exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet, but that is too simple of a solution for some people.
