I had a woman tell me the other night if i want to diet I should go on a (low carb) diet. I just argued the fact that for some thats an easier way to cut calories down and I will NOT give up my bread group past group or potato group, therefor its not easy for me to have 20 carbs a day ( Read more... )

Good lord, every year it is the same thing..... As soon as oct comes around time goes into hyper speed. and settles down after the the first week of jan,, that time of year it goes slower so we can all be miserable in the bleak winter crap..  and spring doesnt REALLY show untill about may 10th.. and then things start cruising again.
