Furanon is right about the first part. You'd be suprised how letting them know your dissatisfaction with the company (And NOT the soul behind the phone) will end up helping you in the end. But also, don't be afraid to actually follow through.
as for the second, I'm not quite sure you'll find any luck down that route.
I agree. And if the person you're talking to can't help you, escalate. Talk to a manager. Or a manager's manager. Or the director of accounts. Or the president of the bank. Don't stop until you get an answer, and don't let them tell you to call back another day. It's been more than enough days.
Meh, maybe...I will see if they clear it up in the next 10 days and then start threatening..I don't want to not have a mastercard, but there are other companies that have cards under mastercard..this is one I got through my union in 2001.
