Ok, it's not really that bad... but I didn't expect to even be sore. Lately I've been doing cardio every day and not doing any strength training... at all pretty much. I'm always so tired and hungry right after class. I was feeling especially drained today towards the last part of needling techniques class. We were practicing on each other doing reinforcing/reducing methods and after the 9th point I couldn't take it anymore. Well, today is the last day of my week break from school. It was nice while it lasted but like these things usually go, it didn't last near long enough.
