Count me in on the filter for sure.
I think I'll actually do the same, maybe an e-training buddy will help with morale on those tough days?

Oli & I have just joined the Gym... some more support is never a bad thing!

I'm aiming to improve my general fitness, and losing htat annoying inch off my waist would be good!

that is basically what I am planning to do I have belonged to gyms and not made it so decided I need to motivate myself first. If I am doing the exercise and need to join a gym there is one I used to belong to on my way to and from work. Though there is also one at the sports centre where I plan to go swimming.

so do you want to be on the filter?

added. One thing I want to do is some rambling at the weekend and was thinking of arranging weekends where we meet up at a pub somewhere do a walk, have a pub lunch or similar then head home again.

Would this be something people would be interested in?

How about cycling to work 9 miles is enough of a distance to make it worthwhile?

Count me in. I used to run marathons before I got old but I still have to do a fair bit of exercise to stop athritus, buggered back & shoulder etc finally seizing me up. Start off with lots of stretching bending & twisting & low level aerobic exercise (walking) before you try anything too strenuous.
