yes, i meant that. & they are spongy, so they sort of feel alive when you bite down. i always expect one to start squealing & twitching in my mouth. also, the preparation! ripping out their spines! cutting off their little heads! wow.

its a lot of work but it's literally the best chicken i've ever had.

I'll bet it is good. I'd have difficulty giving all that pinot noir to the chicken, though.
