Honestly I think she was the only one making race an issue.

I mean, even her brother was pretty nice and I wouldn't have minded him staying over, except that it's really something you should clear with your other roommates, especially if he's going to be crashing in the living room.

But her... everytime I walked through the door she'd just stare at me. She wouldn't even say "Hi,"... she just stared.

and what REALLY bothers me about that is that she'll continue living in that little world with little or no problems... especially since we go to a university that encourages that sort of thing (it's a big ten school that is super duper big on affirmative action)

although the last statement is a whole new topic all together.

Save yourself the stress and don't bother replying, other than with your address if you haven't given it to her yet. It sounds like since she's going to send you the bills so that all the money stuff can be worked out, nothing constructive could really happen from a reply and it'd just piss you off, which I doubt you want or need, haha.
