That's great, Frank! Sounds like you've got a lot of work planned. It's all worth it when it's done and you can kick back on a lounge chair on your deck (and eat a bowl of Top Ramen instead of going out for ribs at a nice restaurant before a movie because you can't afford it anymore). ;D

No, really, it's worth it. Feels good to have a place of your own.
