recently, i came across a guide to writing in english. in this guide, it was suggested that "damnit" is correct and that "dammit" is not correct.
i will state right off that it is important to me to know what is acceptable and what is not acceptable when we attempt to replicate spoken english or to record slang. but i will add that i am not ( Read more... ) -
