I'm sitting here at my window on the computer and I'm watching this little kid run up and down the street with his mom, dad and brother. He's only wearing shoes, a shirt and underwear (possibly a diaper, although, it resembles more of a pull-up type diaper). His parents are moseying down the street and he's behind them getting into the neighbors

That reminded of a time when I was a little kid (couldn't have been older than 4 yrs) in Chicago - I escaped the babysitter's attention for a moment, took off all of my clothes, and ran around the neighborhood naked :). I guess my freakiness started at a young age!
