OK SO THIS IS WHAT'S UP! I HAVE BEEN BETTER ON MY EATING HABITS. I TRY REALLY HARD NOT TO EAT PAST SEVEN BUT IT DEPENDS ON MY MOOD, IF I AM SAD OR DISCOURAGED, I WILL EAT LATE. My ana started after my son was born and done breastfeeding. I was HUGE! My weight has gotten really low and now I am fat again. I am back to restricting to about 500-600 cal a day. I have to lie to everyone about how much I eat and I dont care. I am healthy and know when I get weak, to eat. I love having the power over what I eat and crave. I had a sucky childhood so I guess I like the control factor of ana.
