i've had a cold for the past 2 days. i'm mostly better now (it wasn't a very bad cold at all), but i have this really weird cough... i sound exactly like derek zoolander after he comes out of the mines

and i'm with ya on the drinking philosophy. i'm not touching it either. it ruins lives.

you ave to start with the right kind of wines. It's an acquired taste.

not that I drink a lot! but my parents encourage me to try alcohol so that it's not a mystery to me when I finally am able. I also have to be careful because there's a history of alcoholism in my family.

Beer, however, is one thing I don't think I'll ever be able to handle. Gross.

i'm sure it is acquired - i used to hate olives (except black olives) but i started to make myself eat them whenever we had them, and now i love ALL olives. so i'm sure if i drank wine more often i'd start to like it.
