i'm SOO sore. i danced for 5 hours straight yesterday, and from about 9 this morning to 8 today. dance tryouts. woot. i had 3 dances to do. about 50 seconds each. ok so it hurts to sit down b/c my butt is so sore. my neck, back, and stomach are really tight. i have an apple size bruise on my hip and a smaller one on my arm and knee.
