i've been on a rolly coaster called life and enjoying every minute of it, even when I've been sad. I've been trying to be social, spread my love around, while I take care of me at the same time (lots of dental work, some chripractic, back in therapy [that includes bioenergetics], and started acupuncture).

How 'bout you?
