I have a teacher just like that. Except, I don't get upset, I get really pissed off. At least you don't have to put up with him ever again! *offers internet-hugs*

Sometimes I wonder if Im not too unecessarily brash and sailor like with my language, I think it depends what mood Im in.
But NC really is great about that stuff. It would suck if everything was censored.

I couldn't censor people- I hated PPT's smurf filter.

You swear more than most others on NC (at least, according to Madge's old study) but it's not as if it's actually that noticeable.

I really think it says something about NC that we have a 16-year-old as our admin. ;) What exactly it does say is left as an exercise for the reader...

Yeah...I tried to draw conclusions from it, but couldn't, apart from the obvious "I'm far too young to be people's parent". Simplest answers would be that either I'm not as young as many people in the forum, or you guys just aren't ageist :P

People fussing about kids reading swear words amuses me to no end. I mean, really, is there anyone who HASN'T heard those things by the age of 10 AT LEAST?

I'm on a pink kick this month- perhaps I'll go yellow in June :P

I know I'd heard just about everything by the time I was ten, and the stuff I hadn't I hardly ever see anyway.

In my French Oral...some 8 years ago now, bloody hell, I distinctly remember having to tell a shop assistant that I wanted a woolen skirt. Of course the word for wool completely escaped me and I ended up pointing and saying "I'd like that skirt over there, please." Heh. I still got an A*, so I shouldnt worry ;)

Last year, when I did my oral I said I spent two weeks at a picnic and got back at 8am. I think perhaps they aren't all that picky ;)

Oh, and as for the grey hair thing- I'm getting grey hairs already, so I sure as heck hope that that doesn't mean I'm going to die soon.
