Just got back from a weekend retreat that sort of snuck up on me. We went to South Carolina, to a beach near Charleston. I hadn't shaved and also didn't feel like freezing to death, so I didn't do any more than wade. But it was fun. I have exactly $49.99 charged to my credit card - the sum of three completely separate things. No wonder I couldn't figure out what on earth I'd spent $50 on.

In other news: checkbook still not balanced. I got my most recent bank statement today so maybe I'll try and figure it out later. Probably not.

Ahh, the blessed relief that is eyedrops. Totally worth the trip in near-rush hour traffic.

Tuesday night I was up till 5am doing my environmental systems homework. The reason it took me so long was that at about 2pm that day I discovered Nethack... also, I didn't know how to do the last three problems because I didn't understand the equation she gave us.
