Life seems to come together...for now
I botched the job interview at Greater Atlantic...well, botched maybe isn't right, because it was barely even an interview at all - it consisted of filling out an application and a psychological test, and then 5 of us bullshitting with the Hiring manager for 20 minutes - mainly talking about movies I'd never heard of and places I've never traveled ( Read more... ) -

Trying to get on with my life...
I just applied for a job at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center. I don't know if they'll want me after they do a background check on me, but at least I tried.
I also just sent in my letter of apology to one of the people I need to make amends to. I have another one that I'm just waiting to get an address for from her husband. The other ones I'm not ( Read more... ) -
Amends
There are certain people that I want to make amends to, to continue my path of redemption (mainly to myself) of the twelve steps. A couple of them I have tried to befriend on facebook so that I can send them a message, but to no avail...and I just re-read one post by a certain someone about how horrible I was (in college) but I think I could have ( Read more... ) -

Fear
Between my twelve step work and therapy recently, I've been thinking a lot about my fears throughout my life. Now I've had some odd fears throughout my childhood - like running away screaming from mushrooms, or being terrified of a natural gas explosion to the point of having regular nightmares about it. Following a prolonged absence from this site due to password issues, I have finally figured out how to reset the password and am back on LJ. Don't know who still uses Livejournal...
