The high tech. CIA types have all this new technology for watching and listening to our lives. Using heat sensors or XRays and so on, they can see inside our homes. Hearing us is easier still if they want. All our calls can be screened from data on a computer and every text message can be read and stored in a a database. They can form personality profiles from our livejournals which then tell them more about our overall activites in our lives and with whom and where we associate and so on. But at least out in western MA and in The Hollow, one can still live away from all of that for the most part.
