Quite honestly, there's been a lot of speculation but very little fact. However what I've heard is something about some incident over in Sarcina which is just a tad frightening if it's the truth Worst case scenarios always turn out be fact in my experience.

Shitty government can barely take care of us to begin with, now we can't even trust in them to keep food in the Districts.
