Control or Lack Thereof?
What a struggle it is to watch something you’re so passionate about falling apart. I’m not sure why I stay, but I think it’s a multitude of things. Including fear of change, fear of leaving and it changing after I leave... and maybe even the fear that I won’t be given the same opportunities as I am while I’m here.
