So I think everyone knows that there was a tsunami that hit Japan. Currently the Salvation Army is accepting donations to help bring relief to the victims. You can donate through Yahoo.

I know there are other artists doing this, and I would like to try to help in my own little way, too. For that reason, I will be accepting portrait commissions,

Just an FYI, as of right now the Japanese Red Cross has not requested aid from the American Red Cross, so donating to them won't do much good. I don't normally link RP!S, but they have a blurb on the very bottom with some places you can donate where they will go directly to recovery efforts.
