So last night at about 8:30 I got an email from Dr Shaw (the doc I do my ethics internship with) that said there was going to be a kidney transplant care conference at 7am this morning and he thinks we (being me and the other student who is also doing the internship) should go. I contemplated ignoring the email and claiming I didn't get it in time
