My lawn
My gardener has a good scam going with me... Last year he said my bark is too thin, it's not stopping the weeds anymore. So I pay him to put down new beauty bark. Then he points out that my front lawn is mostly moss (which has been bugging me for some time), so I pay him to spray down some chemicals and rake out the dead moss. Porsche blah blah
I've had the Porsche for a couple weeks now. I expected I would be driving it rain, sleet or snow for the first few weeks, but I've been really good so far. The only rain the car has seen was on the day I bought it - plus the few times I've accidently hit the windshield or headlight washers trying to adjust the cruise control ( Read more... ) -

Minor victories...
I'm slowly reclaiming my garage... a craigslister just picked up a filing cabinet from the old ActiveRain office. I already mentioned the chair that got picked up yesterday. $15 profit from those two. I told the filing cabinet lady that I didn't want any money but she insisted.
