I've had mixed feelings about work lately. I was formally voted onto the team last store meeting which gives me new security and benefits but our already understaffed department lost two more team members just this past week due to their repeated tardiness. I'm finding it weird how different and relaxing life has been for me since I finished with university this May. So, my last final of university is 28 April. I only have one this time but it is French and it is on a Saturday. It will be the last test to see if I'm finally worthy to collect that fancy piece of paper that will make me university educated. It all seems so very silly at this point. So the proposed same-sex marriage ban in Indiana was defeated in committee. 5-5. No majority. No dice. Thanks to corporate America (Eli Lilly, Cummings et all) for lobbying on our behalf. Spring Break begins March 9th. If only it were here now. I'm not going anywhere exotic. The furthest away from Louisville I'll make it will probably Chicago. Most of the time I'll be spending here.
