philly! pittsburgh gets too much rain, and bloomington is pretty boring (maybe a good place for grad school, then..), but i live in philly, and there's fun stuff to be done all the time!

..if you don't move to philly, you should at least visit.

if you want to get a MLS, IU is certainly the best place out of those 3.

Do you like living in Bloomington? I've only been there once and don't think I was able to get a good enough sense of the place.
